Bad Dreams :(
Speaking of Caden- he had his first nightmare last night :(
Lauren said she heard him wailing at the top of his lungs at 3 am screaming 'MOMMA HELP ME!!!!' Lord knows- im sure she was scared to death.
He dreamed that a monkey was crawling through the window and coming to get him. How sad but cute at the same time!
So, we will hereby banish all monkey's from the house. Done.

For the first Sunday in I don’t know how long, we finally had a chance just to sit back, breath, and enjoy our little bham family. It was refreshment to the soul! Even if it was just for a few hours! We have missed each other!!

All of my mornings are awesome
Unfortunately I missed the 1st thing pics with London this morning- her sleepy smiles are to die for, but here is my life when the sun rises…
Too distracted by the light on the camera to smile, but still cute as pie!
Bedhead
Practicing to be a mommy one day!
It couldn’t be better… I love these little people so much!
(Notice no pics of mommy or mommy here… I usually have half a face of make up on at this point and Im sure Lauren is okay with me not snapping any first thing in the am pics of her either! Maybe Ill repost with a ‘my afternoons are awesome’ post of everyone at their finest! )

Precious child!
Getting pictures of this little munchkin is decidedly hard to do! I need a stalker for my family (like I was with the twins!)
Milestone- we can hold on to a rattle and shake it… not on purpose and we have no idea where it is as soon as it leaves her line of sight, but NONETHELESS- we can grip a rattle! London’s momma is so proud! We’ll work on finding it next!!
This is how we spend most of our time now! Kicking like a wild woman is SO MUCH FUN! I love it when she gets all keyed up then works those little kickers out!

Developing thier craft…
Just found these on my camera! Apparently two sets of small fingers found my camera while we babysat a week or so ago! Please find the best of their handy work below!
This must be elizabeth’s arthouse work… it’s a deep and moody piece!

A day in the life of a homesteader….
My husband with his bees… He can tell you ALL ABOUT what’s going on… something about Larva and the queen and swarming and such…. The wife is really only interested in the final product!

Just an updated pic of my future son in law….
I am totally sure this whole arranged marriage thing is going to be awkward as all get out when these kids are 13, but for now, who cares!
We love him and those eyes!
(His parents rock too!)

Mother’s Day Video
Here are the two emails that I just forwarded a few of my friends. Directly in contrast to each other!
The first: encouragement! I was forwarded this email that is a paraphrase of I Corinthians 13. I really liked it…
"If I live in a house of spotless beauty with everything in its place, but have not love, I am a housekeeper--not a homemaker. If I have time for waxing, polishing, and decorative achievements, but have not love, my children learn cleanliness - not godliness.
Love leaves the dust in search of a child's laugh. Love smiles at the tiny fingerprints on a newly cleaned window. Love wipes away the tears before it wipes up the spilled milk. Love picks up the child before it picks up the toys. Love is present through the
trials. Love reprimands, reproves, and is responsive. Love crawls with the baby, walks with the toddler, runs with the child, then stands aside to let the youth walk into adulthood.
Love is the key that opens salvation's message to a child's heart.
As a mother, there is much I must teach my child, but the greatest of all is love."
Then, my mom sent me this video which I think is hilarious! Poor moms! You wear so many hats! So- today I will wear the encouraging mom face then switch to the reality mom face!
Lane Family Days
Sweet cakes Renny pie came to spend the weekend with us this past weekend and it was so good to have us all under one roof! London already thinks her big sister is the coolest thing around! We spent the weekend listening to London squeal in delight every time she saw renny! (this, of course, thrilled serenity to death!!)
I bought Ren a treat at walmart for helping me super speed shop… London was not excited about taking a nap in her car seat and Serenity is so helpful! We bought the Crayola 3D sidewalk chalk…. if you need to buy a kids gift for anyone, go get this! It was so cool! You cant tell from the pictures, but the drawings really did come off the sidewalk when you put on the glasses! Maybe Crayola will read this and give me a set to give away!! Wishful thinking never hurt anyone, right?!?! We had so much fun side walk chalking!
This was taken through the glasses! Not all ideas are good ones, I know! We figured it was worth a try to see if you could see the 3Dness! At least now we know!!
Then Renny made and decorated sugar cookies...delish!! She’s very creative and we are trying to encourage her creativity in fun cheap ways!
Then we took lots of pics of London being awesome…
Serenity at Clearwater Community Church’s 5 year Bday Bash!
Oh, we also watched the Sandlot. Powers had never seen it! Gasp, I know!!! It’s a must see!! I love this movie!
Booper came to babysit for us the Friday of this weekend and she got some cute pictures while she was here! It was great having her here! London loved spending the day with her! So much so that she threw a bloody fit when I came home from work :) She was just sad to see Booper leaving!
See if you can tell how spotless our house is in any of these pictures- She babysits AND spit cleans our house. She’s superhuman i tell you….
Yes, I AM adorable!
I love this one! She looks beautiful in my humble option! London now LOVES her bath time! I am going to get a video of her kicking like a wild woman while she’s in there! It’s such a fun time for us!
I wish I could sleep this soundly! Doesn’t that just look great?!?
Thank you so very much for coming Booper! We love you past the countin’!

A Day at the Park
Charley is still in full swing (pun intended) with softball. She has gotten so good and some of our favorite family times have been spent on a set of metal bleachers!
Go Charley!!!
We went to buy a “Prite” (Sprite). Liz got to order, Caden got to pay for it, and they gave us two straws.. they killed the drink in about 2 minutes flat!
Charley’s team KILLED the other team! It was a slaughter and it was awesome! She played great! She hit a HOME RUN the other night! (of course while none of us were there!!!)
Fun Uncle Pow Pow
