Girls Beach Trip!!!

Before I post about the beach- The twins spent the whole week with the Brett’s last week, so J-momma, if you have cute pictures, email them to me and we’ll get them posted for all to see! Tootie told me she had such a good time! Caden wouldn’t talk to me, but Im sure he had a blast too!

Missed moment: Yesterday during a frantic ‘i have a baby and people are waiting on me and i dont have enough time… i should panic’ moment… a little precious girl with twirly blonde pigtails came in the room to talk to me. Elizabeth Rhea with pigtails is one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen in my life. I didn’t have my camera with me, but we will re-create that masterpiece and post for all to see! Another must-see, Charley Rhea will take your breath away, she’s so gorgeous. I’m already charging my camera battery for our easter weekend together!

Booper, in all of her wonderfulness, asked me to go join her for a quick beach trip this weekend. Ahhhhhhh. What more needs to be said. Little sunning, little eating, little shopping, and LOTS of spoiling. Booper’s baby and grandbabby both came home s-p-o-i-l-e-d. She is the best and I was so thankful to have a few days to take it easy! I felt bad because Little London takes a lot of tending to, so mom didn’t get much sun time, but I promised to take care of mom when she’s old and can’t do it anymore, so we considered it a fair deal!

This guy was just walking around the parking lot of the seafood shop we frequent down there… He’s apparently a regular and gets his own baby pool to relax in during the summer months!

This was in her sleep, but I thought it was hilarious! Little toothless! She has started smiling! (Just barely!) but I can get one or two little grins from her a day which is awesome!

And guess what punkin got in the mail?! The cutest little blue jean mini skirt you’ve ever seen! (And a little pink t-shirt to go with it!) She’s got some growing to do before we can fit into it, but as soon as we can pull it off, Ill post a picture! You guys will die! It’s so precious! Thank you sweet, sweet Leach family! We all love you long distance!

Lunch Date!

My precious sister in law has just been a pearl of a girl during these first few weeks of motherhood! She had a grand plan to get me out of the house as much as possible so i would not go stir crazy.

week 1 phone call: Caden has pink eye

week 2 phone call: Lauren has pink eye

Bless her bones! She was the one stuck in the house for 3 weeks! So to celebrate everyone’s clean bill of health, we went out for lunch!!

The twins were GREAT with London! They were SO VERY interested in what she was doing and kept saying “I love my Cousin!’. They even both helped me burp her after she ate! It was just precious! They are going to have so much fun growing up together! I am glad London will get to learn from such sweet kids!

Arranged Marriages

Is that out yet? Are we too liberated for that? This awesome lady and I THINK NOT!!! The McCay's are the bee's knee's. Really. They are so cool and have 3 gorgeous boys.... conveniently, one of their handsome bucks happens to be a few months older than London!

He's already promised to take her to disney world (well, at least to their website, but we have big plans for their future together!)

Dad time

Dad and Little Bit hung out last night and he ended up getting some great pictures! She is doing an awesome job of holding her little head up by herself! She’s getting so strong! She loves her daddy!  :)

Our first doctors appointment! She’s been packing on the pounds! Yay London! She was born at 7 lbs 11 oz and today she weighed in at 8 lbs 3 oz! She is still tall and skinny looking though! Sorry for the quality of the picture, I took it with my phone…. sleepy girl!

First time to meet my canine sister… They love each other now!

Charley's Washington DC

3:33 P.M. on Friday 15th we were arriving at the airport accepting our american flag hats! We were off to Washinton D.C. to see our Capital! It was an absolute blast! We said bye to our parents and we were off! We went on the flight and got to the Baltimore Airport around 6:30. We went to the hotel and there was snow everywhere!!! The next morning we headed to the National Cathedral. It was beautiful!

Then we went to the capital! It was huge!

Later on we went to the Washington Monument! It looked like it was swaying in the wind!

The next day, we headed to the Korean War Memorial

Next, The Lincoln Memorial which was one of my favorites!

Next, the Iwo Jima Memorial!

The next day we went to the White House!

We left D.C and went home to share stories and pictures of our Washington trip!

And a few extra just cause her momma loves her SOVERYMUCH!! :) She is a doll and we are so very happy! She has found the strength of her lungs and has decided she really likes to cuddle with momma allthetime…. but, i have to admit I wouldn’t change that for the world! God has been SO GOOD to us. He is the Healer and I am humbled before him for his mercy on us. We have our precious girl home.  I am eternally grateful…
