Another picturless post
I PROMISE im working on getting pictures off my camera and on to the blog. I thought internet at home would help me with the blog, but being exhausted every night is a huge road block. I'm working on it so stick with me! I did take some new pictures of the twins, so i have the whole family to update on!
I don't have much new news, but just wanted to post about little bits and my amazing weekend! London was just precious all weekend and we did nothing in particular, but had the best time doing it! We visited with some girlfriends Friday and Saturday afternoons and went to a superbowl party Sunday night AND even got outside to enjoy the beautiful weather! It was snowing Saturday morning and by Sunday afternoon we were stripped down to single digit layers and taking a stroll! Amazing!
London has changed alot this week. When she doesn't know she's doing it, she can pull up and balance without holding on to anything... but as soon as she realizes she's flying solo, she grabs ahold of something. She blew a kiss to a boy... probably on accident, but she did it none the less! She can sign 'more' and 'all done' when were eating, and she gives the biggest, sweetest hugs you've ever had! She was all smiles this weekend and it sure made it hard to send her to daycare this morning. The 'I want to be a stay at home mom' beast has resurfaced, so I am trying to be super motivated that being a working mom is just as good! I just hate missing any time with my baby! She changes so fast and I wish I were there to watch more of it! I know this is where God has me though, so I will be joyful! I am tremendously thankful that we get to spend as much time together as we do! He has blessed me with a joy of a baby and for that, Im thankful!
Anyway, that's about all, but I just wanted to give you an update while I had a few free minutes! Pictures and videos to come! I promise!

No picture post :(
Well, Im a slacker... I still havent downloaded my christmas pictures off my camera yet! A lot has changed in our life and free time has taken the ultimate back seat!
Updates: Powers has gotten a new job as the food and beverage director for a local, multi location restuarant in the area and is currently spending 6 days a week away from home :( Boo to that, but it's paying the bills! We miss him terribly but are loving when he walks in the door!
I was moved into the office mananger position at our office and am just trying to keep my head above water! Every day is better, but there is a pretty significant learning curve that I am working my way through! Learning new software programs has never been my favorite thing to do! I like what Im used to! Spoiled! I am working more though and have had NO time to blog!
London is just being precious! She is talking alot... Booper is her very favorite word... she says it a hundred times in a row. We can also say Nanna and Allie really well also! She isn't walking just yet but she's pulling up on anything she can so I know baby steps are coming right around the corner! She also seems to be enjoying daycare, so that makes this momma happy. Plus, day care is literally a stones throw from my office so I know I can get to her quickly if I ever need to! I love her tiny self so much!
Poor Lizzy has had the fever virus and has been in quarentine for one solid week. Im sure Lauren is so ready to get out of the house... between the weather and Lizzy's illness, she's been cooped up for 2 weeks! Poor thing! Im told (since we havent seen hair or hide of the kid-os that Liz has been waking up with a fever but once medicated, it's coming back down to a normal level. She is so precious! I hope she starts feeling better soon! HOT OFF THE PRESS! I just got a text from Lauren that its been 24 hours fever free!! Woo hoo! She may be back and at 'em this week! Awesome news!
Other news... project master Booper Rhea came and spent the weekend with me this weekend. We painted and redecorated our living room and dining room and it looks FANTASTIC to put it mildly! I am in LOVE with it! It looks like a new house! I tell you what... put Booper on a project and she will get it DONE! She had the energy of a teenager in there! Painting til she had blisters on her hands! That is a momma's love! Our next project is sanding and finishing the floors... which booper has not volunteered for so anyone's help is welcome! :) I will take pictures as soon as we get the floors finished so you can see the final product! Im so excited! Its going to be beautiful! After that, new carpet and were calling it quits! (For now) Our little tiny house has called for some good ole hard work!

Milestones
Well, we officially have a tooth! Woo hoo! It took 10.5 months, but we have a tiny shard of a tooth poking through! I'm so proud of my big girl! We've been at Booper's house this weekend and Booper reminded me that I need to be keeping good records of how she's grown so I decided it was time to write!
Other words... In my earlier post, I forgot to write that she can say 'baby' really well! She also can do a fish face and clap for herself! She can wave bye bye and shake her head no and she imitates coughs when you cough. She is a doll and is just so much fun!

Rhea Family Christmas in Pictures
Snow fell from the heavens ON Christmas day! I don't think I've ever seen snow on Christmas! It was just wonderful! We packed in a too quick christmas vacation with both of our families this year... 2.5 days with the Lanes, 2.5 days with the Rhea's. We were pooped by the time we came home but it was wonderful! There is nothing like being with family. I don't know why we dont see each other more often, but I am so thankful for the holidays that bring us together! We are so blessed!
Oh, quick London updates.... we now say 'Hey, Bye Bye, Mama, Dada, Uh oh, and Allie'. We're working on ball but were not there just yet! We can also pull up on things and have figured out how to get in the kitchen cabinets (One smashed finger later...) No walking yet, but in due time! She is changing so much every day!

She was a hoot with all her accessories! I have more funny pictures of her to come from my camera! Thank you Rhea's for a wonderful Christmas.. and first Christmas for London! She did great! She liked tissue paper the best, and she loved playing with her new toys!
