Alright, here are a few video's from the past few weeks. Powers and I taught Lizzy and Caden how to raise the roof. Here's Lizzy, she's really good at it but she adds some shoulder action!

Random Video: P and I went to the mall to waste time last week and ended up in sharper image. Powers ran across this little jewel. Its designed to work out your abs while you watch tv (?) but we found it much more like a mechanical bull! We've been really into the movie Urban Cowboy lately, so here's my version of Sissy...
